Mr. HIll- Your wire was received in our account last night (7/13/26) at 6:29pm. While I understand that you may have provided the funds, the salesperson Hunter was communicating throughout the day with your son who is the buyer and registered owner of the vehicle. We do not want our guests to feel frustration, we cannot however control how quickly funds move from your bank to ours. This is why we typically suggest a cashier's check as opposed to a wire, wire transfers can take hours or days depending on various factors.We will happily provide you with documentation in person that shows when your money was received. Referring to us as Frauds when your son has an appointment to pick up his new vehicle within hours of paying for it seems uncalled for.
