Dealing with car dealerships is always something I dread. However, my experience with Maxwell Ford was different. From start to finish they were communicative and transparent. My car was on a delivery hold due to a manufacturer recall. This was not their fault, but they made sure it was taken care of as quickly as possible. The GM at this dealer, Greg Kimball, was an honest and genuine person and that goes a long way. I would recommend them again and again!
