We truly valve your business and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. After reviewing your recent visit in detail, looks like we performed an entire long block replacement under Ford warranty. This process does take some time getting Ford to approve the claim after submitting all information and pictures, then waiting for parts to arriving after approval is received. When it comes to your rental charges, it looks like Hertz charged you $250.00 because the rental needed to be detailed after you had a dog in the vehicle. Unfortunately we do not have influence when it comes to Hertz and their billing. We understand this outcome may be disappointing, and we apologize for any frustration it may have caused.
