I recently had my car serviced at Royal Moore Toyota, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was completed in a timely manner, and the technicians did a thorough job, addressing all the issues I had mentioned. They even went above and beyond by identifying and fixing a minor problem that I hadn't noticed, ensuring that my car was in top condition when I left. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with complimentary refreshments available. The staff kept me informed throughout the service, providing updates on the progress and any additional recommendations they had for maintaining my vehicle. Overall, I was highly impressed with the professionalism and quality of service provided by Kadin Harrison. I would definitely recommend Kadin to anyone in need of car maintenance or repairs. Above and beyond response to issues I was experiencing with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Greg showed me likely point of entry through the air intake of passenger with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Greg showed me likely point of entry through the air intake of passenger compartment and how to access for installation of screen. Also gave me a small piece of screen used for the purpose. Successful installation on first try. Also had a sticking driver door automatic lock which he applied some lubricant. So far, so good. I always prefer the easy and less expensive first approach to ripping off the door panel to investigate unknown cause. Original reason for service was to replace damaged front wheel panels which Vladimir did in quick order. More

I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership when getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to be serviced, George told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything, which is exactly what he did. You have a customer for life here. I work at a local high school and I will share this experience with my fellow staff and students because they all would appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers the way Royal Moore took care of me. More
