Above and beyond response to issues I was experiencing with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Greg showed me likely point of entry through the air intake of passenger with my 2020 Prius Prime. In a rural area I had been having mouse problems. Greg showed me likely point of entry through the air intake of passenger compartment and how to access for installation of screen. Also gave me a small piece of screen used for the purpose. Successful installation on first try. Also had a sticking driver door automatic lock which he applied some lubricant. So far, so good. I always prefer the easy and less expensive first approach to ripping off the door panel to investigate unknown cause. Original reason for service was to replace damaged front wheel panels which Vladimir did in quick order. More

I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership when getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to be serviced, George told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything, which is exactly what he did. You have a customer for life here. I work at a local high school and I will share this experience with my fellow staff and students because they all would appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers the way Royal Moore took care of me. More

I have never had such a easy and positive experience working with a dealership. I was interested in a new Camry hybrid and was willing to wait for the new 2025 models to become available to get the features I wanted.
