I was really not looking forward to shopping for a new car, but Greg made it a great experience. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledge and helpful throughout the whole process and never once was he pushy or did I feel pressured. Ultimately, I found more than what I was looking for. It was my best car buying experience so far. Sylvia in financing was pleasant to start with. She’s talkative and personable. Personally, I would have preferred a more efficient process as it took almost 2 hours and I already had financing through an outside source. There was one instance where a charge was dropped in that wasn’t part of my sales agreement. When I pointed it out, the whole tone of the interaction changed and became uncomfortable for the remainder of the time. It wouldn’t have been a big deal, mistakes happen, but her reaction to it and the awkwardness that followed left a bit of a negative impression. More
