Overall we were pleased with our visit, but we did have several concerns. Mazda came through at the end and made up for it. Kevin, our salesperson, was very nice and knowledgeable, but overwhelming. There were several times where he would be too pushy or inattentive. Because of this he missed a key detail that caused the process to be protracted. It was Taylor, in the financial department who was able to alleviate our concerns and give us a deal that worked for us and gave us the space we needed to do so. My wife ended up in a car she wanted at a price she was happy with, which was of course my goal. After we received the car from Kevin, we realized that it wasn't detailed as he had previously promised. We left thinking we would need to detail it at our own expense. After the fact, Mazda reached out to us through one of the Managers, Grant. He was understanding, kind, and professional. He informed me that they intended to make up for the stress of the visit... and they did. Grant sent some people to Stockton to pick up our car and they too were apologetic and professional. They returned the car in the same day and it looks so much better. I will 100% buy at Mazda of Elk Grove again. They showed that customer service is their priority and that even though we all make mistakes, its how you handle it that matters. More
