I have been doing business with Glenn Cummings for over 30 years and, until now, I have never had a single complaint. I am currently driving a Ford Escape, which is why I chose to purchase another one—I al 30 years and, until now, I have never had a single complaint. I am currently driving a Ford Escape, which is why I chose to purchase another one—I already know the vehicle well and love how it drives. Unfortunately, this most recent purchase at DePaula has been the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. One of the main dealbreakers for me is that the driver’s seat is not automatic. I was specifically told that it was. Because I was told the seat was automatic and because I already own an Escape, I did not feel the need to test drive the vehicle or adjust the seat at the dealership. I trusted the information that was given to me, and this issue cannot be reversed. Prior to pickup there was NO odor in the car .. At the time of pickup, there was no odor in the car. an extremely strong flowery/fruity smell. Glenn was unsure of the cause and mentioned that sometimes “they” put a scented disc under the floor matts . I drove the car off the lot and in the middle of winter I had to keep all four windows open because the smell was so disgusting and strong my husband immediately called snd When he returned the next day to speak with Glenn and the sales manager, the response from the sales manager was essentially, “I don’t know.” To me, that response showed a lack of accountability. They attempted to resolve the issue by using an ionizer and assured me it would completely remove the odor—but it did not. My husband had to take time off from work, make multiple trips back and forth, and place numerous phone calls trying to resolve these issues. In addition, the aftermarket leather installation was poorly done. I personally showed the installer exactly what I wanted. The middle section between the two back seats is black, when it should be tan. When we went directly to the shop to point this out, we were told there was nothing that could be done. To say this was the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a car is an understatement. If I had not already sold my previous vehicle, I would return this one—I am that disappointed. I drove the car home from DePaula, a 25-minute drive, developed a migraine from the odor, and have not been able to comfortably enjoy the vehicle since. Given my 30-year relationship with Glenn Cummings and my loyalty as a repeat customer, this experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. In an effort to remedy the situation, Glenn did everything he possibly could to improve this experience and I appreciate that and that’s why I exclusively by cars from Glenn. Keyless entry, weather mats Glenn was extremely accommodating again. I will never give Glenn a bad rating because he is an excellent representation of Ford. More

I had a very positive experience leasing my Explorer. I made an appointment with Glenn to test drive a 2025 Explorer Platinum. Upon arrive There was plenty of parking and I was quickly shown to Glenn’s o I made an appointment with Glenn to test drive a 2025 Explorer Platinum. Upon arrive There was plenty of parking and I was quickly shown to Glenn’s office area. After a brief conversation, we went on a quick test drive. At the dealership, we looked over the SUV and Glenn explained various features in options the vehicle had that were not coved on the test drive. We discussed purchase versus leasing options. Glenn presented various numbers to consider and I decided to lease. The process with the business office was efficient. I picked the Explorer up the next afternoon. More
