She answered additional questions and personalized all the features of my Ascent to my liking. Michele also gave me a mini notepad from the dealership and told me to write down any additional questions I may have about the vehicle and come back in two weeks so she can answer them. It so happens that Michelle is R.J.'s wife. What a team and dealership! I've bought other cars before but never received service like this! Thank for such a wonderful experience! More

Seriously the best car buying experience we have ever had. Drove an hour to purchase our 2022 Outback after a less than pleasant experience at two other Subaru dealerships, including one where we purchas had. Drove an hour to purchase our 2022 Outback after a less than pleasant experience at two other Subaru dealerships, including one where we purchased our 2014 Outback. Was definitely worth the drive. Started the process on the phone with Amanda who was very professional and responsive. Then started working with Glen via Text, Email and phone. Glen “JR” was great to work with. Ordered exactly what we wanted, then texted me the next day with a vehicle that he just received which had everything we wanted. Since it happened to be our Anniversary i asked if he could get it ready in a few hours to be picked up. His response no problem. Arrived at the dealership expecting to go through a difficult process. Spent 15 minutes with Glen, my wife was shown everything about the Outback by Nicole Miller who was amazing and I spent maybe 10 minutes with the Finance Manager Michael Warnock who could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. We were on our way home in less than an hour with our new Outback. Stopped by today to pick up our plates which Nicole helped us with. We will be back! More
