I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium from Sales Representative, Glen Miller. I have to say I hated shopping for a new car in the past. But since my overall experience at World Subaru, my from Sales Representative, Glen Miller. I have to say I hated shopping for a new car in the past. But since my overall experience at World Subaru, my car shopping peeve has changed. I started my process going onto the main Subaru manufacturer website because I hardly knew much about the Subaru vehicles, only would see them on the road and a few of my co-workers have them. They would always say trade in your car and get a Subaru, you can't beat it, it's an All Wheel Drive car! So, I took the time to log on the website saw the Subaru Impreza and figured why not, let's go take a closer look and see how well it drives. I called my local Subaru dealership which happened to be World Subaru and I was transferred to a Sales Rep named Glen Miller. From the moment he picked up the phone with introducing himself I knew this guy was very professional and real straight forward guy to work with. I gave him my name and I told him right off the bat that I was probably going to be his worst customer he would have to deal with and explained how I hate car shopping. He laughed and said don't worry I'll definitely make your car purchase experience as easy as possible. We started talking and I felt comfortable and in that phone conversation, set an appointment to meet with him face to face the next morning. I arrived at World Subaru that next day as scheduled, I was greeted by Glen and was also introduced to his sales manager, Mike. They were telling me how they just renovated the showroom and it looks great. Glen was able to show me every Subaru vehicle they sell that were on display in the showroom and I saw the Impreza hatchback which I had originally seen on the website and I asked to take one out for a test drive. I liked the car but then I asked to test drive the new XV Crosstrek. I honestly liked that vehicle better. So, once I told him what features I definitely wanted we were able to work out a lease payment that was in my financial budget. He told me I have the option to either buyout the lease at the end or get into a new Subaru lease, whatever I wanted to do he would help me in the process again at that time. I truly felt like Glen took the extra time with me and I'm an extremely happy customer. I was introduced to the service manager and service writers when I finished with signing my papers with the finance manager. Overall, my experience with World Subaru was perfect. I would highly recommend this dealership and my Sales Rep, Glen Miller, to all of my friends and family who are in the market for a new or used car. Glen will definitely see me in 42 months when my lease is up to renew my Subaru. More

I was in the market for a particular used car. After about 2 months of looking, I found what was potentially that vehicle. I was located approximately 2 hours away so I placed a phone call and spoke wit about 2 months of looking, I found what was potentially that vehicle. I was located approximately 2 hours away so I placed a phone call and spoke with Glen Miller. I am very nitpicky and specific on what I needed so I asked very detailed questions. Glen answered the questions and I decided it was worth coming out to look at. After making the trek to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle exactly as described by Glen, if not better. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, I was convinced the car was the one for me. After negotiating a more then reasonable price, I requested that the dealer hold the vehicle for me as I had an important 2 day trip planned. I put a small deposit down on the car and came back in to finalize everything when I got back. The entire experience was superb. From the easy and straightforward communication with Glen down to the finance people, I couldn't have asked for more. A few days after being home with my new toy, I received a follow up phone call to schedule a future oil change and also to make sure everything was going great. I wouldn't hesitate to refer this dealership to anybody. A total class act. More

A co-worker of mine recommended that I contact World Subaru because I was in the market to purchase a Crosstrek. I called and spoke to Mike D. I told him what I wanted and what I was trading in, he assured me that he could accommodate me. While it was easy to make this promise over the phone, coming through on the promise was another story. I am delighted to report that he not only got me approved for the exact car I wanted but gave me exactly what he quoted for my trade in. I am not the type of person that typically writes or fills out surveys but when you come across a representative that keeps their word and treats you honestly, I feel it’s important to recognize them. Thank You and I will be back. More

Visited th dealership to just look at the Subaru Outback. This is the 2nd Subaru I have leased from World in the past 3 months. They surpassed the treatment we received last May. Both the sales rep, Glen Miller, and manager, Mike Lomazzo, went out of their way past 3 months. They surpassed the treatment we received last May. This was my first time using this dealer and it was a very pleasant experience. My previous dealer went out of business and I got an internet price on a lease from World that was lower than anyone else. very pleasant experience. Mike, one of the Sales Managers, was easy to deal with and he had me talk with JR, the sales associate. We went on a test drive and he let me ask questions without any "sales pitch." There was never any pressure to make a decision. The price was agreed upon and they were going to locate a car for me since there were no cars in stock which met my requirements. The next business day I received a call from JR saying they found a car and it would be there that afternoon. The following Saturday I went to pick it up and meet with the Finance Manager. The signing of the paperwork was very fast and there was no sales puish to purchase any "add-ons." I would recommend World, especially JR and Mike, to anyone interested in a Subaru More
