Great Car Buying Experience (as for JR Miller) My wife and I found a silver outback listed on the web site that had the options we were looking, so we scheduled an appointment to purchase it. We are so greatful to Glen "JR" Miller that he called us to let us know that the vehicle we were interested in had 4,500 miles on it (which is not what we were looking for) before we made the almost 2 hour trip to the dealership. Since this was the only silver outback, we were prepared to look at other dealerships until JR called us back and told us he would get us a comparable car delivered to the dealership the next day..........he even reduced the price a little for the inconvenience. Overall this was one or our best car buying experiences. JR was great to work with and the internet process (first time we purchased using the internet) made it much easier. We will definitely recomment your dealership to any of our friends or family that may be interested in buying a Subaru. We only wish we lived closer to the dealership, so we could take advantage of the excellent VIP program. More

We originally went to the dealer because they had the broadest selection of certified used Outbacks in the area. Glen (JR) Miller, our sales person, was great and helped make the overall purchase experience terrific. In fact, we were so impressed that we went back to JR and World a month later to buy a new Crosstrek -- even though there were several dealers much closer to our home. JR was knowledgable, helpful and a nice friendly guy. He knew his stuff and we never felt the pressure to "buy now" that you get at other dealers. The same was true through the whole process. Everyone was friendly and while we were offered upgrades and add-ons, we never felt pressured. In short, working with JR and buying from World was a great experience and I'd recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Subaru. More
