Recently went in to purchase a 2020 Subaru Forester Sport and had a great experience with JR! He was kind and not pushy at all. Listened to what I wanted and and after some searching learned of a brand new 2 and had a great experience with JR! He was kind and not pushy at all. Listened to what I wanted and and after some searching learned of a brand new 2020 Forester Sport that was coming in within the week and he set me up beautifully with it. He helped make the transition as painless as possible from my old truck to my new Forester. Nicole and Lindsay were also excellent in =helping me learn how to use it when it came in and taught me a few things about it. JR got me an excellent price on a brand new Forester that came straight from the factory with no previous owners (had only 7 miles on the odometer!). Everything was explained perfectly and the overall buying process felt enjoyable, not like another chore to do. I never felt pressured into buying anything I might not need, but was still given all my options. Overall the best buying experience I have had with buying a new car, this is my third one since I was 18 (31 now). Highly recommend JR, Lindsay and Nicole if you come through World Subaru, they are an excellent team, super nice, and super informative. More
