The service department is subpar. They charge an exuberant amount for labor but do half the work. I got a half a tuneup but paid for full service, at their recommendation. Pro: repairs were done in a timely manner, I got a phone call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was prom call when the ordered part arrived and later when the repairs were completed. Con: I had to argue a little to get the loaner vehicle (it was promised to me by the sales person and the repairs dispatcher, but when I arrived to drop off my car and pick up the loaner, I had to convince the guy at the front desk, since he got no word from anyone about the loaner). Overall: if you have patience, it will be okay, but this shop is as dysfunctional as any other. :) More
