I found the dealership had pretty good service, I went in to look around ended up trading my car in for a nice 2024 Elantra. My only problem which you have to be careful with is in the signing, after spendin to look around ended up trading my car in for a nice 2024 Elantra. My only problem which you have to be careful with is in the signing, after spending hours at the dealership and being cold hungry and tired, I’m set to sign and then told oh the car has been in a minor accident, 5000 miles, new car no discount. Next day though some dust on the dashboard, nope glass cut my palm and got glass in my hand wiping it, next day a trip to urgent care with glass blowing into my eye from the A/C. If I was the suing type I would have been to a lawyer, but upset that I pay full price for a car that has had more than I minor accident, and caused me injury. More

While the people working in this dealership are fairly friendly, and they initially try to be helpful, if you are not buying on their terms, they will make you wait and create ridiculous situations. Please know that prepared buyers, who have done their research, and have secured financing outside the dealer (i.e., directly through your bank), are not their preferred customers. Make no mistake, they are only helpful and nice when they are making money off you. The moment you limit their ability to take advantage of you as a customer/buyer, your satisfaction is not their priority. The sales person that helped me was very knowledgeable and offered a great experience in terms of evaluating the car and as far as the test drive goes. Unfortunately, the experience of buying a car is not just about picking the car, but mostly about getting a fair price and ending up with terms that are favorable to your situation as a buyer. Therefore, the fact that the sales person tried to be helpful, does not make up for the rather negative experience after I decided to buy the car. Overall, this is an ok dealership but definitely NOT a good/great one. Would I recommend it? Absolutely NO. But if you need a car, and this place has the car that interests you, there is no way around it. Just do not be fooled. There is about a 50-50 chance you may not get the best deal possible, they will aim to take advantage of you with a smile on their faces, and they will not be helpful during the closing process. More

Terrible experience. I bought a lemon, and they will do nothing to help, still owe over 10,000 dollars which I will be paying 385.15 for the next two years for a car tha I bought a lemon, and they will do nothing to help, still owe over 10,000 dollars which I will be paying 385.15 for the next two years for a car that is totally unusable. The Santa Fe Sport is awful. I bought it with about 30,000 miles and certified thinking that it would be a good car and I have had nothing but problems and no one ever helped me with anything as far as issues with the car. The catalytic converter and muffler blew up on the car twice, very scary with my nephew in a car seat over where it blew up. I had to replace that twice. The air conditioning went out twice, and I've been without air for a year because I can't afford that and a payment. The paint is falling off the car, it's never been in an accident. The electric seats work when they want to. I am 5'3" my husband is 6'1", not helpful. I've been wanting to get rid of the car since about a year after I bought it. Certified Preowned means nothing to them, they say that nothing is covered by the warranty ever, they want to charge you hundreds of dollars to just look at it. Now to top it all off, the car started sputtering on the highway and the engine light came on and the engine has no power, so I went to Tuffy, and they said that the car is in really bad shape. The oil exploded all over the engine, the spark plugs, coils, pistons, they told me to take it to the dealer because there is a recall on some engine parts. When I called them, they said that there is no recall for what they would attribute to that problem, they told me to call Hyundai Corporate which in turn blamed the dealer. Shocking. All of you are scandalous and I will never being doing business with either of you ever again. I'm sorry that you think this is worth your reputation. My review is less than one star. You also have people saying they are management and aren't. I put a one for all the Management department because obviously they have no idea what's going on in their own company. More
