I’m really sorry to write unpleasant experience with this dealer today and I’m still not believing that a dealer sending fake Quotation and asking customers to come for purchasing a car and confirming availa dealer today and I’m still not believing that a dealer sending fake Quotation and asking customers to come for purchasing a car and confirming availability but than when you get here they says sorry the car is not available our sending email and texting was completely doesn’t make sense. In addition making appointment for test drive at 10:00am but when the customer get to the dealership from long distance LA and waste a day to make deal that has been done almost 90% online than the dealership says sorry that the car is not available so put yourself instead of me and think if it happens with you then what will you do? I’m sorry to say that but unfortunately I realized miss management and unqualified people leading this dealership which is not aware of his dealership stocking and what’s going on there . Regarding this situation I’m not just writing this review and attaching evidences and supporting documents from dealer, I will share my unpleasant experience with BBB ,other organizations and Toyota customers feedback review as well as dealership google reviews. Hope my feedback brings different perspectives on dealership for customers and management. Not appreciated at all and never recommend anyone to come here or deal with it. More

This was one of the best experiences working with a dealership I’ve ever had. At no point was Derek pushy, he was fair on price and worked for us to get the best deal. PRICE GAUGING - UNPROFESSIONAL - STAY AWAY - DISHONEST This is the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealership I have ever come across. I had made a deal to buy a car in transit from sa DISHONEST This is the most unprofessional and dishonest car dealership I have ever come across. I had made a deal to buy a car in transit from salesman Dennis. We agreed on a price ($5000 above MSRP, due to supply issues). They asked me to fill out the credit application and send my information, which I did the very same day. The next day, Dennis informed me the manager - named SAM, decided that he can get more money above MSRP for the car once it arrives to the lot, and that they would not be selling the car to me as a result. I spoke to SAM myself, as well as Gina Gonzalez from their customer service department, and they acknowledged that this was indeed the case. They were extremely rude over the phone. This is pure greed and highly unprofessional. I had turned down other offers from dealerships to buy from this dealership. Please be aware before doing any business with Mossy Toyota. More

Mossy Toyota doesn't represent the high toyota reputation I have been buying Toyota for years and returned to Mossy for my recent car purchase with sales associate Danny who is Amazing! However, the haggle pr I have been buying Toyota for years and returned to Mossy for my recent car purchase with sales associate Danny who is Amazing! However, the haggle process was brutal and I was insulted at the trade in offer, half of what Lexus offered me! The extended warranty that I purchased with Robin was misrepresented ! I was told I could cancel it 100% money back within 30 days. I specifically wrote a check out for the extended warranty as I did not want to finance it, 2 days later I canceled it , was told I would receive a refund in 30 days by the finance department in Mossy. Well after 30 days and no refund I find out that the claim to cancel was never submitted by Mossy. After many follow up calls on my behalf, Gina the customer service manager handled it.Bottom line , the bank I financed my car with gets the refund, Even after explaining the misrepresentation to the consumer that this refund would be in my hands because I paid check. I will never ever buy a car from Mossy! More
