There are no heavy pressure sales, they simply provide options and allow me to come to my own determination of what my next vehicle will be. My team at Flagship was comprised of Derek Munroe (GSM), Julia Papagano, Product Specialist, Gil Otero, Finance Director and Paige Babcock, Product Concierge. Although each of them handled various roles during the sales process, they were all extremely professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles I was considering. Turn around I was impressed with the way they turned my first experience there from a negative, to my second experience into an absolute positive. Kari could not I was impressed with the way they turned my first experience there from a negative, to my second experience into an absolute positive. Kari could not of been more accomodating. She took the time to explain everything and never made my wife or I feel riushed. As far as the managment team of Paul and Nick I couldn't of been more pleased. They repeatedly asked if everything was to our satisfaction and sincerely seemed to care that we had a positve experience. My wife and I are extremly happy with the car, but one comment. We both feel that the car could be a little more user friendly. Manual seems to be complicated. This could be because we are coming out of a BMW, but that being said there are somethings that could be made easier to get over the hump of the learning curve. This in no case is a negative reflection on the sales team. Again we where more than happy with our experience. More

I bought a used car from Flagship via the internet from out of state. I experienced no surprises except for pleasant surprises. The team over-delivered. Flagship had many things repaired on the car before I took delivery, which quite frankly I had not been expecting. I was very pleasantly surprised that they take that professional of an approach. I had researched pricing on the model of car I bought for months prior to purchasing; the price they offered was reasonable and very competitive. Flagship takes the quality of the used car they deliver very seriously both from a cleanliness perspective as well as from a mechanical perspective. I paid the car price plus a small administrative processing fee as expected; there were no hidden charges. Frank was my sales person. He is both a nice person and very professional. Buying a car is often stressful. Frank and the team at Flagship made the car buying experience stress free and pleasant. This is a highly professional organization. More

First Class Service I first visited the dealership with a friend who had just bought a vehicle and needed to drop something off. I was in the market for a new vehicle but I first visited the dealership with a friend who had just bought a vehicle and needed to drop something off. I was in the market for a new vehicle but had no intentions of buying a Mercedes since I have owned 4 BMW's in the past. I met Antonio in the showroom when I walked in and instantly had a connection with him. Antonio is very friendly, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Antonio asked me if I would be interested in trading in my car but in no way did I feel pressured into doing so. I decided to take a look at what Mercedes had to offer and I am so happy that I did. I ended up going back to the dealership the next day and Antonio helped me to choose the perfect vehicle for my families needs. The whole process went very smoothly and everyone I met in the dealership was extremely nice. I have never felt more comfortable walking into a dealership than I have going to Flagship. In addition to working with Antonio, I worked with Paige to pick up my new car as Antonio was on vacation. Paige went out of her way to call me several times to ensure everything was ready for me at the time of pick up and she went over every feature in the new car with me. I would also like to say that Grace in the service department is extremely nice and very helpful. Thank you to everyone at Flagship...I am in love with my new car and look forward to working with you again in the future!!!! More
