I have been working with the Herb Chambers Companies since 1999. I started working at the Herb Chambers Dodge Jeep Chrysler dealership in Danvers, MA, and worked there until 2007, then transferred to Flagship Motorcars and have been here since. I have experience in the business office as a business manager, and also now my current position of sales manager.

Went to this dealer for a used 2005 Nissan 350Z 35th Anniversary Edition. Checked around Cars.com and Autotrader.com and found Herb Chambers' Smart Price was fair so I didn't try to negotiate. They did Anniversary Edition. Checked around Cars.com and Autotrader.com and found Herb Chambers' Smart Price was fair so I didn't try to negotiate. They did deduct additional $400 from the Smart Price due to the "internet coupon". I never had to present the coupon as that would seem stupid. But overall the price was pretty fair, if not a steal. Worked with Tai on the sales. Since I didn't need to negotiate, the transaction was pretty smooth. Tai was courteous and friendly. Answered all my questions and hooked me up with the Sirius radio. After that I moved to the Finance department and worked with Gil. Gil was pretty courteous too, but could be pushy in selling the extended warranty. No biggie, all dealers are like that. Walked out of the dealership within couple hours (including test drive). Picked up the car 3 days later. I am enjoying my car and this car-buying expensive so I would recommend Flagship Motors. More

Fantastic sales and service. I found the team at Herb Chambers to be very professional and helpful - everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous and friendly. This is my second experience with th Chambers to be very professional and helpful - everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous and friendly. This is my second experience with the Company - I have used Herb Chambers on several occassions for service (Somerville location) on a Mercedes I purchased in Dallas several years ago and now this purchase. I am very pleased with both experiences - I hope I can buy all my future cars from Stanley. If you value straightforward discussions and superior service, then Herb Chambers is the dealer for you. We purchased a used Hummer H3 off the Herb Chambers Website with the intention of having it shipped abroad.
