I had towed my Cadillac lyric Because my screen was showing an error message saying service stabilitrak, Which I went online and checked the forum and most of the GM cars have the service sign come on showing an error message saying service stabilitrak, Which I went online and checked the forum and most of the GM cars have the service sign come on most of the time but in this case, I have dual brakes in my car and the service center They told me that the sign was coming because of my dual brakes so I assume all the other GM vehicles have the sign coming on also had dual brakes, It doesn’t make sense to me. I believe this was just an electronic issue which I need to get checked again actually dettached my brakes, which was just attached with the cable. There was no rod and the cable does not use any pressure cause I never use that brakes. They said they scanned and they found code C0021 which I see in the forum a lot of people have that in the GM vehicles so it just needs a reset which they did, but they told me that it was due to the dual brakes, which is untrue I shall get it checked by another mechanic and see if that is the case, And if it is true Then I would change my rating to five stars otherwise I don’t think they even deserve one star because there is a trust factor between a client and service center which I don’t think is there anymore, I’m sorry to say, but I’m very disappointed. My most recent visits have been espec about the attention, treatment, care and respect I receive ANY time I walk through ANY door at Sarant Cadillac. My most recent visits have been especially heartfelt and appreciated!! Alexander (Mr. Bowen respectfully and professionally) began working on my case in 2022. From that time to date, he has advocated for and worked with me throughout (what I feel) was a very unique and, at times, stressful sale. ALWAYS pleasant, ALWAYS available, and ALWAYS willing to support and FINALLY achieved a satisfying outcome. I do not take these reviews lightly-they are important for the customer, the salesperson as well as the dealership. Purchasing a vehicle involves a lot of time, thought and, MONEYy!!!! When the customer walks away feeling satisfied (as I did) -- the salesperson has done their job and Alexander did -- EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!! i KNOW I'M A MEMBER OF THE SARANT FAMILY!!! Should maintaining your car be a hassle? Dealing with Gerson Maldonado, Audrianna and Dave I have confidence that my car is their priority. I arrived earlier on Saturday than my appointme Dealing with Gerson Maldonado, Audrianna and Dave I have confidence that my car is their priority. I arrived earlier on Saturday than my appointment scheduled and was promptly greeted by Dave. He has a great welcoming attitude and promptly takes care of the initial sign in. He confirmed what the appointment is for and explained the process of how my car would be processed. He told me Gerson Maldonado would be meeting with me to review the pending service, Like clockwork, Gerson Maldonado met with me and reviewed the service I was asking for. He gave me a real-time expectation of when everything would be completed. Within an hour, much less than predicted, the car was ready. Gerson Maldonado met with me to review what had been completed. Finally, I met Audrianna the receptionist/cashier. She is also most gracious and accommodating. This is how the process should work. All sales people at Sarant Cadillac need to bring their potential buyers to meet the exemplary Service Department Staff at Sarant Cadillac. I think any potential purchaser would be assured Sarant Cadillac stands with their customers and their vehicles. More
