Brought my car in for a service that I was told is covered under warranty. Get a call from them that it’s not covered and the cost was ridiculous. Left the car in the morning thinking I’d get it back that evening but they ended up lowering the price and had to give me a loaner for a day. First time this has happened. I have had better experiences in the past but never given a runaround like this. More
