We were greeted by Gerard upon entering the Smithtown Kia. When I told him my name was Michele, he promptly asked, "spelled with one L or two?" That attention to detail told me this was going to be a good experience. I told him the problem I had with the two cars I was torn between and he told my husband and I about the Sportage. We took it for a drive on their lot and enjoyed the smooth ride, good pickup, and beautiful interior. Gerard was very kind and personable which made for an enjoyable, low-pressure shopping experience. He even gave us tips about our upcoming vacation, where he had previously visited. The car was great, the numbers were great and we walked out with our car the same day. The dealership took care of the DMV and insurance calls for us. Can't beat 100k miles coverage and lifetime oil changes as well! Highly recommend giving Kia a try for your next car! More
