When you brought your vehicle in, we performed a full inspection and diagnostic as promised. Your engine passed all required tests and did not indicate the need for a full replacement. Our master technicians follow strict industry guidelines, and we only recommend engine replacement when absolutely necessary - for both your safety and cost efficiency. We understand that expectations can differ, and I apologize if there was any confusion. Our team did provide an estimated timeframe for the process and aimed to keep you informed every step of the way. If that communication fell short in any way, I sincerely apologize.
