I’ve never had a better experience at a dealership when getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to getting my car serviced. One month ago, I purchased a Highlander from Royal Moore and today, after the check engine light went on, I brought it in to be serviced, George told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything, which is exactly what he did. You have a customer for life here. I work at a local high school and I will share this experience with my fellow staff and students because they all would appreciate a dealership that takes care of its customers the way Royal Moore took care of me. More

I was interested in a new Camry hybrid and was willing to wait for the new 2025 models to become available to get the features I wanted. Scott was patient with my demands and didn’t try to convince me to buy wait for the new 2025 models to become available to get the features I wanted. Scott was patient with my demands and didn’t try to convince me to buy something that was already on the lot. He kept the lines of communication open throughout the three month process. Yes, it was well worth the wait. The only problem I had was with Uber, and he had no control over that. The pens are awesome. Here’s lunch on me. More
