His correspondence back to me was precise and responded in a timely manner. In doing so and viewing your prices, I convinced myself it was worth the trip. It was. When I arrived I worked with Keith Jones. Again he was great. Polite, extremely friendly and excellent knowledge of the product. I'm glad I decided to venture away from home. Frankly your price was the deciding factor. The dealers in my home location seem to be getting less and less customer oriented.. The bonus was working with your staff. They made it a good experience.
