All of the people I meet at Kelly were professional and friendly. I drive many miles each year and buy cars often including Mercedes, Audi, BMW, Volvo, Lexus and Acura. None of these various dealerships has done a better job than Kelly. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again. More

Within a short time, my wife and I felt that we were important to this dealership and they would help us to decide on a purchase of a new Cadillac. Uzma, our sales lady, greeted us with a friendly approach that felt sincere. We talked about our intent on purchasing a new car. We were impressed that at no time did we feel pressured to purchase but just to see what options were available. Once inside, Uzma introduced us to the General mgr,.and shortly thereafter Mr.Kelly,the owner and his wife came to Uzma's office and introduced themselves. The ultimate conclusion was the purchase of a new Cadillac. From the sales lady to the general mgr to the owner and even the finance man our experience was gratifying and we felt like we were working together as a team to satisfy my wife and I. I own GMC Denali's and Cadillac STX's......Thus my need to write about our exceptional experience at Kelly Cadillac! My wife and I were looking for the hard to find CTS Sport Wagon in White Diamond Tricoat. We found Kelly's web page and saw this great car at a great price. They had a wonderful display of all the important photos and option lists. When we called, they understood we were driving down from Massachusetts (6 hours +) and we expected exactly the car as shown on the web and as described in detail to us over the phone. When we arrived, the sales staff was more than eager to address our questions and minor concerns. They allowed me to drive and inspect the vehicle thoroughly and also disclosed minor defects which was very refreshing...... we didn't even notice what they has shown us..... but no deal breaker. The car was pre-certified and was in like new condition and fully prepared for delivery. They we very professional and made the lengthy and typical paperwork process actually very pleasant. We drove the CTS back to Mass and enjoyed every minute of driving. After a day or two, we had noticed they may have forgotten to place the cargo net and cargo shade in the car when it was prepared. We made one call and the items were at our door extremely fast. It's been 6+ weeks now and all I can say is this is one fine automobile to drive, even in the snow. I can't say enough about the quality of Cadillac and the exceptional experience Kelly Cadillac has given us. Thanks again Geoff and staff More
