I had left tghe dealership while I waited to hear about financing. Once a deal was struck I returned to the dealership with my trade. About a mile from the dealership my trade decided to break down. It was time for a new vehicle and I met with Marc to go over my options. From the moment I walked in the Showroom...Allen was so kind and had the SRX waiting for me to test drive. I talked with Geoff and he assurred me Kelly Cadillac would do all they could to get me in a Cadilllac since I was familiar with the wonderful service they provided me over the years. Marc & Allen worked together to help me be at a price I was comfortable with. Glenn finalized all the paperwork with me and went over every detail which I appreciated. Marc then sat with me for over an hour and went over all the components in the SRX. I know this is a safe automoblile for my daughter and myself and I know if anything happens I can count on the service team here to help me. It's a level of comfort I have never experienced anywhere else! When you make a purchase at Kelly Cadillac, you are not just purchasing a vehicle, you are purchasing an investment and a service. When it was time for us to get a larger vehicle, our first thought was to return to Kelly; we were very pleased with their excellent customer service approach. Working with Uzma Shafqat, who sold us our first car, was most helpful, courteous, thorough, and professional. She took the time to discuss what our needs were; what we were looking for both in terms of vehicle choices and financing options; and then made a number of suggestions that could meet our needs and expectations. Uzma showed us a number of vehicles, both sedans and SUV's. After test driving several, we selected the SRX model. Glenn Davis and Mark Gagliardi expeditiously processed and fully explained the paperwork; e.g. lowest financing terms, registration, and insurance card so that we were able to take the car home the same day. We'll be back for when servicing is due and to pop in and say "hello." More

Kelly Cadillac has been a breath of fresh air to me from past experiences. They want to exceed my expectations and do so on ever service and warranty work. You can Look forward to fruit and breakfast items through the week, coffee, and soda on the house. The waiting room is comfortable, and if your lucky even the owner will stop by just to say hi and thank you for your business. They wash my car for me every time. I was once unhappy about a trim piece after an install and they fixed it free of charge, great service, great people. I would recommend buying your next car here, that's why I felt it was worth leaving this review. More

Pleasurable car buying experience. We do not enjoy car shopping, which is probably why we keep our vehicles so long. When it was time to look for a new car, we stopped by Kelly Cadillac to check out an XT5. I loved the car but wanted to make sure we looked at a few other options before making our decision, Our saleswoman, Uzma, was very understanding and did not push us while going through the process. We went back to Kelly Cadillac and were offered a good deal on our new vehicle. The purchase was a pleasant experience. Mr. Davis was very friendly and thorough and had all the financial paperwork in order and ready to sign when we got there. Mr. Kelly then stopped by to introduce himself and welcome us to his dealership with a Cadillac umbrella and hat. He was very genuine. Uzma has a caring sole and went over the car with us before leaving. We have never owned a Cadillac before, and I am glad we chose Kelly Cadillac for our purchase. They offer some nice amenities after the sale that other dealerships do not... I would recommend checking them out. More

Marc was very informative about the vehicle and patiently explained the details. I told him that I was just browsing. He was fine with that and did not try to oversell the vehicle. .Long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle!!! Everyone that I met at Kelly's Cadillac had the kindest personality and pleasant smiles. At no time did I feel pressure to purchase the vehicle. The entire process was smooth. It was pleasant from the gentleman that found me the best rates ~ Mr. Allen Hartz, to the gentleman that explained the paperwork ~ Mr. Glenn Davis and to the gentleman that was with me though out the entire process ~ Mr.. Marc Gagliardi. OH and the Owner was extremely personal and was very kind and funny! I also want to mention Mr. Jon Simmavath, the service consultant who brought me tears when he resolved an issue of my own creating which could have been very expensive! Outstanding Buying Experience. I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehi I had been looking for a specific vehicle to purchase as a wedding gift for my fiance for over a month. On a Saturday evening, after finding said vehicle (low mileage, fantastic price) at Kelly Cadillac's website, I queried the dealership with some questions. I didn't expect an answer until Monday, but the owner Geoff Kelly replied almost immediately with the answers to my questions that went into Sunday - and the one question he could not answer, was subsequently answered Monday morning by Marc. From that point on the buying process was seamless. There was no pressure for me to purchase the vehicle, or after I had to purchase an extended warranty. Marc Gagliardi, our sales contact was a true professional. As were Allen and Geoff. I felt as if I was in the company of old friends from the neighborhood. I searched dealerships throughout Pennsylvania before finding the vehicle I wanted with low mileage and priced thousands less than the other dealerships. Oh, and my fiance's smile after driving home in her 'new' ride was as wide as the Susquehanna. More
