Started in the automotive business in 1974, I was the very 1st female lot tech in Cincinnati Ohio. I made sure every vehicle was clean and ready to go. Had the opportunity to work in the service dept. as well. I learned how to change oil, rustproofing, undercoating and buffing a vehicle. Later on moved to installing stereo's. From there started in sales and the rest is history.....

I would ONLY purchase a VW from Geneva Carr. She has an extensive knowledge base on VWs, which I could tell by her awards and prior communication. It was super easy to build a solid relationship prior to making a huge purchase. When my daughter and I met her during my appointment, it was like greeting an old friend and Geneva NEVER rushed me or my daughter on this decision. We decided on a used and beautiful Tiguan. The process was easy with only a few hiccups but we kept being positive and I went home with the Tiguan that evening. Geneva introduced me to everyone like they were family as well from management to the service department. Taylor in the Finance Department also did his magic for getting me approved for financing and he was extremely kind & professional by explaining every detail of my contract. Thank You Geneva and Lokey for everything. I love my VW!!!! More

I went into the dealership, not expecting much like all other dealerships. Geneva and Dominic made this process so easy we were in and out the dealership within two hours. So after the hurricanes, I needed a car because I lost one. I found a used Chrysler Pacifica at Lokey Volkswagen. Due to construction on the road in front of there building there was no place to real lost one. I found a used Chrysler Pacifica at Lokey Volkswagen. Due to construction on the road in front of there building there was no place to really test drive it except circle their parking lot. So I bought the car. First It Took 2 months to get my license plate. They actually had to give me a dealer plate. It took so long. My salesman screwed up, I had to go to a Chrysler dealer to get a Second key that my salesman Alessio promised. He said everything was set, it wasn’t I had to stand there and wait for lokey to send a purchase order over after the key was coded. It took several hours. I’m disabled and it was uncomfortable waiting. My air conditioner doesn’t seem to be working properly I made an appointment with my salesman, when I brought the car in and they said I was a walk-in and I was forced to wait half a day. My salesman, Alessio had also told me it was all set, it wasn’t. Next the service technician got snotty with me when he told me I was a walk-in. I told him that it was supposed to be set up from my salesman, Alessio, I had been six weeks waiting but he didn’t care. I’m still not sure the air-conditioning is working properly because it has not been very warm out and I have not been able to test it. The car was supposed to come with headphones and a remote for the entertainment center, but it didn’t when I told him about it. They said it was too bad. It didn’t come in with the car. Also, it is an eight passenger van, and the eighth seat was missing when I discovered that they again told me too bad I had asked Alessio for a copy of the original sticker, before purchasing so I could check what equipment that was supposed to be with it. This is easy to get from Carfax, but he didn’t give it to me. By the time I got a copy of it from the dealer, I realized those was items missing. It was too late according to them. When I went there, I had an advertise price that I found on Cars.com however they added about $4000 to that For dealer fee and prep fee. When I was getting ready to sign the paperwork, I found out they added over $100 to my payment signing me up for a CarShield or similar warranty that I did not ask for or want. My last visit was to finally get my license plate. They called me up and said it was ready so I went to get it and the girl doing it wasn’t there. I asked the Receptionist where person was and she responded she had to go someplace to get the license plate. So I said OK how long would it be and she was snotty and said it’ll be however, long it takes without giving me a timeframe. She was very condescending. I thought this would be good to buy this vehicle from a reputable dealer, but the dealer doesn’t seem to be as reputable as I thought would not go back. More
