Mr. Frank provided my wife and myself with absolutely great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the nee great service. Our 2004 Audi A4 Avant 3.0 incurred a engine cooling system failure; the repair was very difficult. It took 10 days to get all the needed parts, install them and test the car. Mr. Frank continued to daily inform us in detail about the progress in repairing the car. Gene is a great guy and very professional. He assured me that the next time my car was serviced, I would get a loaner as BMW always gave me a loaner, and I spent over $80 on Uber with Audi. Gene was very helpful. My original service was supposed to include a courtesy vehicle, but when i showed up it was not available. Gene was able to get me scheduled just t My original service was supposed to include a courtesy vehicle, but when i showed up it was not available. Gene was able to get me scheduled just two days later with what i needed. In addition, i received a video from the mechanic via text regarding the car which was pretty cool. I look forward to my next experience with Indigo and especially Gene. More
