Skyline Ford will charge you 160 dollars just to plug in a device to read the error code. I had already done that, it was a 3 minute 15 dollar fix. Gavin is the absolute worst service writer I have ever dealt with. His communication was awful every time I dealt with him. The inability to repair my car in a timely fashion was inexcusable. I will never dealt with. His communication was awful every time I dealt with him. The inability to repair my car in a timely fashion was inexcusable. I will never buy another Ford based on his terrible service and the fact that my car didn’t work correctly for a quarter of the warranty. I worked as a technician in the past and this service and treatment dealing with a malfunctioning vehicle is beyond unacceptable. The entire reason to purchase a new car is the “guarantee” that it will function correctly for a said amount of time or miles. You failed miserably. More
