I don't know if this is normal, but I choose 7am as a drop of time so you could get an early start. I was led to believe that it would be a 1-day job. It wasn't until after noon that you found out what drop of time so you could get an early start. I was led to believe that it would be a 1-day job. It wasn't until after noon that you found out what part was needed and I was then told you weren't going to finish by the end of the day. (A 2-hour job). Very frustrating, and it created quite an inconvenience. If I had known it could take longer than the day, I would have made other arrangements. The vehicle was delivered the next day which was really appreciated. That process went great. I was disappointed that some residual adhesion from some duct tape I had used along the bottom interior of the window to keep it closed until repair, was not removed. I figured that if anyone would have the right product to do that it would be my Ford dealership. The repaired window is working perfectly. More
