I called Brooks late in the afternoon, I needed to get the truck serviced as I was leaving town that week. Somehow he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I waited there for the truck which took a lit the truck serviced as I was leaving town that week. Somehow he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. I waited there for the truck which took a little longer than I had anticipated but I was very appreciative to be able to get the vehicle serviced on such short notice. Brooks was a straight up good guy! More

The best sales, management and service team. I was very stressed from Hurricane Helene when I lost my Red Mustang. My condo was also flooded and was making preparations to pack to move out for I was very stressed from Hurricane Helene when I lost my Red Mustang. My condo was also flooded and was making preparations to pack to move out for mitigation and renovations. Traci and Stacy really worked their butts off to help me get a new car. This included coordination with car insurance and disaster relief discount. I have worked with Tracy for over 20 years and always assists and sets me up with the right team. Stacy was patient and did an excellent job helping me get set up the beautiful new Edge. Walker Ford sales was swapped with clients coming in just like me who needed a new car ASAP More

Brought our vehicle in for a bucking issue and engine light on. Service advisor Gatlin Hatcher plugged the scanner and said your Cat converter issue and there would be no one there to work on it. Brought light on. Service advisor Gatlin Hatcher plugged the scanner and said your Cat converter issue and there would be no one there to work on it. Brought vehicle back on Monday. No communication from Gatlin on what needed to be done on Monday until we called him and he had to find out still no call. We called on Tuesday and he still had to track down the technician. Still no call back. Called again later in the day to find out info where he mentioned that they had to desulferize the converter and run more test including a drive test and should be able to pick up on Wednesday afternoon. Picked up the vehicle and still have the same problem.. More

Made an appointment on 8/22 for 9/4 (2 weeks out) to have my truck's brakes serviced as per Walker service advisor advice. Came in at 9:30am, talked to Gatlin. Was told the truck would be finish 4/5pm that a my truck's brakes serviced as per Walker service advisor advice. Came in at 9:30am, talked to Gatlin. Was told the truck would be finish 4/5pm that afternoon. Phoned twice, left voicemails, and did not receive a return call. When I arrived at 4pm to check on the truck, I was told that the tech had not started, and it wouldn't be finished until 7pm that night. As the tech had not started work on my truck, I opted to take the truck and leave. I am not planning of returning to Walker Ford for future service on my F150. More

ZERO stars. I took by Bronco in TWICE. First time, couldn't fix the problem in 3 hours. So they told me I'd need a second appt and they'd need it all day. I took by Bronco in TWICE. First time, couldn't fix the problem in 3 hours. So they told me I'd need a second appt and they'd need it all day. Second time, they had it for 7.5 hours and STILL DID NOT FIX MY PROBLEM!!!!!!!!! And now it's been almost TWO WEEKS, and they haven't gotten back to me with any kind of gameplan on how they'll fix my problem. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Brake line broke. Leaked out. They replaced line. Charged $130 to flush empty Brake lines. Ryan said they did this because I said okay on the phone. Told him there Leaked out. They replaced line. Charged $130 to flush empty Brake lines. Ryan said they did this because I said okay on the phone. Told him there was nothing to do. The lines were empty. He said well, we did the back lines. Why did he work on the back brake line. Why did they charge over an hour for something they did not do. He gave no benefit to flush the empty lines. I want my money back. Paid $800 to fix a break line. Need another plan for car repairs. More
