I had a bad experience since It was my first time leasing a car. My agent is two faced. Don't believe everything they say. I leased my car through Latoya Baptiste. I went for "sign and drive" deal where all a car. My agent is two faced. Don't believe everything they say. I leased my car through Latoya Baptiste. I went for "sign and drive" deal where all the taxes, dmv and other fees would be rolled out to my installmemts. But when i went to finance guy, he said, i had agreement with my agent that my first installment+ dmv fee + other fees. when I confronted her at his office, she literally lied about it. I was very upset. My monthly rate went 300 to 366 with the finance guy with credit score 684 with T-6(it is a level where ur credit determines how worthy you are for loan). And I had to pay my installment and additional 314. I had RODO app where i could have gotten the car much cheaper without any hassle. I want to say everyone who is like me. Don't go to dealership if u know much easier way to have it. And especially this dealership with that person is definitely 'No'. More
