Overall the whole oil change and tire rotation process was very smooth. I was even able to use my Buick points to cover the cost of the service, all I had to pay for was the tax. was very smooth. Very clean, bright with good beverage center. Repair associates are friendly. Transportation person not so much last year. So this time, I chose to wait on my 3 hour oil change and not be around Repair associates are friendly. Transportation person not so much last year. So this time, I chose to wait on my 3 hour oil change and not be around that person. He didn’t open the door for me ( elderly female) leaving the dealership or arriving at my house. I won’t forget that. Rudely informed me not to bring my cup of water in the car as I was finishing it! We had no conversation. He didn’t fit in with the spirit of this dealership. More

unreturned calls trying to find status of vehicle, finally called only to find out, on the third day of having the vehicle, they accessed the vehicle on the third day. So it sat for two days. Calling and communicating with the customer is important. So customers can make plans, especially when customer is running their own business. My husband tried to communicate this to Robin, she got aggravated and pretty much told him, in so many words, to go bring your business somewhere else. More
