Complete lack of communication with service department to my car manager then to me. I sat at the dealership for over 6 hours because they realized after several hours of performing the 60,000 maintenance c my car manager then to me. As a properly Ran facility all items should have been ready to go at time of service! The service manager for my car was notified about the delay, but did not tell me until after the fact as I continually checked with him and Online because I needed to get back to work. Extremely disappointed in the service that day. No one should sit for over six hours waiting on a regular service. I received an apology, paid before my car was finished so that I could head straight out once the plugs were delivered from another dealership in the middle of afternoon traffic! Another part had to be ordered, but I was notified of that and will have to return to the dealership when it arrives. However, I am second-guessing on going to a different dealership. This miscommunication wreaked havoc on my workday and schedule and I received nothing but one apology from my service manager because he meant to notify sooner but did not. Communication needs to be worked on with the departments and clients! I personally feel, after speaking to many friends about this, I should have been compensated for their lack of communication and a work day that I had to make up on my own time. Maybe discounted labor for the time my car sat or something to make up for the time that I lost and had to make up at work, not to mention, I did not leave the facility until 5 o’clock and what normally takes me about 25 minutes took 52 minutes to return home. I am just extremely disappointed in second-guessing, whether I will go back to the dealership or not! Not sure why clients are given a link to check the progress on their car when that progress was not updated to inform me, even after I went to the service manager multiple times, trying not to bother him! More

Have a car bravo warranty that covers towing, called and they told me it was on me to cover the tow. Was told if I had it brought in they would look at it, so I had it towed in and called them back and the they told me it was on me to cover the tow. Was told if I had it brought in they would look at it, so I had it towed in and called them back and they said they would be able to look at it in a week (would have been good information before towing it for $205) So a week later when they look at it they tell me a wire was broken and they fixed it under the warranty which was great! Said the car was ready, and mind you I have been in constant contact with the service person this whole time, went to pick it up and was told then the check engine light came on and they wanted to look at it… why wouldn’t you text me that information before I paid to Uber up there. Next day car was actually ready and they offered nothing for all the hassle they caused and I’m still trying to figure out how to get compensated for the tow up there. Not a great experience and I have only had my vehicle 4 months… More

The service was never completed! The advisor then told me he could atleast do the rotation in a hour, he did not. I left after and hour and a half with no services complete. Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Now I have a one hundred thousand dollar car with inoperable mirrors, no AC, and have to schedule a rotation somewhere else. More

We made an appointment to get our son’s truck’s oil changed and tire rotation. We made the service appointment for in person at the automall location. They called and said a service tech could come to changed and tire rotation. We made the service appointment for in person at the automall location. They called and said a service tech could come to our house. The service tech arrived and said we don’t need our tires rotated. I said we want them rotated. He then basically kept saying they don’t need to be done and went around truck measuring and said again they don’t need to be done. I said when we made appointment, we wanted them rotated. He said it was going to cost 60 extra dollars and we don’t need it done. I finally said, please rotate the tires as this was scheduled. I was disappointed in his attitude and he clearly was not happy to do it. It was very uncomfortable. When I paid the bill it was still the 123.00 for the oil change and rotation. Exactly what I was quoted earlier via text message. It was disappointing to basically have to argue to get the oil changed and tires rotated which was what the appointment was for. More
