Came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Afterwards, my wheel was shaking when I was driving over 70 on the interstate. Took it to another mechanic who advised my tires were out of balance Afterwards, my wheel was shaking when I was driving over 70 on the interstate. Took it to another mechanic who advised my tires were out of balance and my luggage nuts were not torqued. They also advised that the tires didn't seem rotated properly. Sounds like my the front and back were just swapped instead of crossed based on the different wear on the right and left side. I called to discuss this with Toyota and they offered for me to talk to the technician but not a manager. Probably the last time I come to Toyota for service. More
