It was my first time owning a Toyota and having service at the Toyota dealership as well. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. It only took half an hour to change the oil and do a rotate on t at the Toyota dealership as well. From start to finish, my experience was wonderful. It only took half an hour to change the oil and do a rotate on the tires. I enjoyed the video of them showing the filters, and brakes and tire life. I am really going to enjoy my RAV4 and working with the crew at Toyota! More

Vehicle check-in process is pretty streamlined, however, this time I did have to wait outside of the doors until they were able to move out some of the cars that were in getting checked in previous to my ar this time I did have to wait outside of the doors until they were able to move out some of the cars that were in getting checked in previous to my arrival. The initial person I talk to after checking me in to confirm my appointment chair with me to just find someone who is available on the west side of the garage to check with them to take me further. I'm not a real fan of how that was done, I think it could be done the handoff from one person to another could be more direct. I need a shuttle ride so they told me where to find the QR code. I did the QR code on my phone. The app to me as a senior citizen. Isn't this user-friendly as it could be about find a pinpoint the location where you need to be dropped off it should be really just addressed to address. This is where I'm being picked up at Toyota Des Moines service and I need to be dropped off at my house address that should be it so I think that could be improved a little bit. Shuttle driver was very friendly and good driver. The time it took for them to complete my car was very reasonable. The video they provide of the technician doing an inspection was very thorough very good showing you the gauges. They check on the tires in the brakes and if there's any recommendations, which there weren't any at this time, I think that is very valuable and very useful for the customer to see. My vehicle wasn't out front when I came to pick it up so I had to wait a little bit for that but overall the gentleman had it running and had it parked out front and I was all after More

I was greeted when I got there and Gabe told me exactly what was happening through the whole process. I had just bought a battery a year ago and my battery was showing a low reading and so they put it on s what was happening through the whole process. I had just bought a battery a year ago and my battery was showing a low reading and so they put it on some kind of a device for further testing. As it worked out, I had a warranty so I was able to get a new battery! Thanks Gabe for going extra mile! More
