Service is great. But I've been disappointed in my Rav. The technology is awful. Nothing works or has ever worked. I've had Toyota since 2006. Have had no issues with service. They've been absolutely great! However, I am not happy about my leasing experience as the salesman I dealt with knew my situation (I had gotten my Hy They've been absolutely great! However, I am not happy about my leasing experience as the salesman I dealt with knew my situation (I had gotten my Hyundai Tucson stolen and was quite traumatized by that) and so had to get a vehicle as soon as possible so we ordered one. (One came in a month sooner due to a couple turning theirs down). The salesman knew very well that I didn't want to pay more than $425-$450/month, as that's how much I could afford... yet when I went to pick up my vehicle (he was no where around) and I had no other option except to sign to pay $588/month as the other guy said, 'Well I guess you get to decide whether you're taking it home or not' when I told him that's not what I was told that I'd be paying monthly. That's a Huge Difference in monthly payments for 3 years! Not sure yet what I'll do when my lease is up...but I know who I won't be dealing with! In fact, I will probably go to Cedar Rapids to get my next vehicle depending on what I decide, if I even choose to stay with Toyota. More
