We are very pleased with our service representative Gabe. He keeps us updated on our vehicle and is always professional. We just had one of our four vehicles in for repair and new tires. I was very displeased when Gabe informed us that there is now a 2% additional fee if you use a credit card. This alone will have me looking to alternative GM service centers. Prices are high enough with out adding on a fee for how you choose to pay for your service. More

many people appreciate the courtesy car wash. i am not one of those. i wash and wax my truck and my vette myself--very carefully. i had just finished washing my truck and waxing it when the p i am not one of those. i wash and wax my truck and my vette myself--very carefully. i had just finished washing my truck and waxing it when the part failed. it was washed before i got there by the service department. but it was not dried and i had a fair amount of water spots. that is my only complaint. i would rather it not be done. I use a special soap and blow it dry to prevent paint damage. not a problem. all is good. More

I was broke down on the side of the road. They took my truck in as quickly as possible and had major repairs done to the motor. I couldn’t ask for more with how I was kept informed about my v They took my truck in as quickly as possible and had major repairs done to the motor. I will now take my 2017 Silverado 6.2 there for all of my services and repairs as needed. More
