Justin and Mickey in sales took care of us. Mickey answered all our questions about the new CX-50 we purchased, and Justin provided a good price without any hassle. My experience of being lied to, mislead, pressured, and taken advantage of is absolutely unacceptable. On top of it, my name was misspelled on all of my paperwork (and the dealership found this to be acceptable), upon receiving my cx90 (running at the time) drove all the way home to Fond du lac with no key fabs from the dealership. Then 1 week later, my legal documents were delivered to a friend to give to me. There has been an ongoing defect with the vehicle and no one will fix it or even take an appointment to fix it, which has been going on for almost 4 months. More
