Gregory Smith at this Volvo dealership was outstanding. He never tried to oversell and made himself available outside of normal business hours, even providing his personal cell phone for quick responses. This was my first sales interaction with this dealership and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slo and we went there based on location and reviews. However, my total experience was not pleasant nor easy. The sales process at Lisle Volvo is very slow and tedious. You get bumped and pushed and can wait for hours. The management and/or finance people do not go the extra mile. Chris, my sales rep, was great trying to maneuver the bumps. Chris also is very knowledgeable about the Volvo vehicles and all the bells and whistles. I met the Service Director, Julian. I'm hoping the Service Dept continues with their high ratings when I need them. More
