The problem came when I had to communicate with the dealership about a missing key. The staff that I spoke with were either rude or not helpful at all. I left a message for the manager and never received a call back. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business and service to another Volvo dealership. The one thing Lisle has been consistent with for me is horrible service. Mind you...this is my second Volvo. If it wasn't for the amazing quality of the vehicle...I would go elsewhere altogether. More

While very nice and pleasant, I wasn’t impressed with the accuracy or frequency of communication. The car was shipped to the wrong address, we didn’t get status updates, the website listing indicated the veh accuracy or frequency of communication. The car was shipped to the wrong address, we didn’t get status updates, the website listing indicated the vehicle included certain packages that we found out later were not included and we had to ask for those to the be included, then when the car arrived - it didn’t have the charging cord. We reached back out and are trying to get the cord shipped but in general, the process hasn’t been smooth. More
