Great dealership If you know what you want in a car this is the dealer for you. I was looking for a 2016 Tacoma ,and had a handshake deal in place with another Toyota If you know what you want in a car this is the dealer for you. I was looking for a 2016 Tacoma ,and had a handshake deal in place with another Toyota dealer , then I get a phone call telling me that they could not honor it . I Visited another that promised me that they would have it but never showed me the paperwork on the truck I wanted., I asked a coworker if he knew anyone as he was a car detailer in his spare time. He recommended that I see Bob Keough at Braintree Toyota. I met Bob on Veterans Day and he immediately found a truck for me and we settled on a price. Bob being a sales manager introduced me to Fred Zeiba a sales associate at the dealership. Fred delivered the truck and instructed us on the different functions and systems in the truck. His knowledge of the different systems and options were detailed and very helpful. These guys pay attention to the details. With the prices of cars today you should be able to get it the way you want, not a car/ truck that they want to sell you. These guys will get you what you want and then deliver. He patiently answered all questions and made sure I had clear price given to me with a no BS attitude which was resfreshing compared to some other dealerships. I would highly recommend Fred and this dealership. Jason Gordon was also very helpful and kept in contact with me throughout my vehicle search. I went in looking for a Sienna, and after two fairly brief, efficient visits, and some very transparent number discussions, left with a vehicle that we couldn't be happier about. Fred was terrific. Very accommodating, even with my three kids running around. In fact, the play area is a bit of a Godsend. But back to Fred - excellent follow up, not pushy, struck me as an honest, down-to-earth guy.
