Overall process was good. Only negative is I knew going in the online price of the vehicle. In the dealership they started much higher until I showed them this. On the website there is also a button saying see todays price - which to me means the price could've gone lower. Inside that was it. I was tempted to not but and try online but didn't. More

Dealership was helpful in making the sale. Franklin was great in keeping me informed while I was waiting. He is very personable. Only downside was there was a 5-6 hour wait to get my car.
