Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

I keep coming back to Heritage again and again because everything is always great, and the main reason for that is that the people are both nice and knowledgeable. There's a great balance between efficien everything is always great, and the main reason for that is that the people are both nice and knowledgeable. There's a great balance between efficiency and taking the time to answer questions. Working with Frankie was terrific. He was very personable, and he was great at walking me through what was different about the new vehicle from my older version of the same model and getting the in-vehicle tech set up so it was talking to my phone. Thanks also to the people who greeted me, worked with me on the financial paperwork, and thanked me for being a returning customer. The whole experience was very positive! More

I met with a lot of different salesman lately, and Frankie was the only one that explained everything to me in detail, so that I understood everything. I appreciated this so much. Good experience all around, and particularly with Frankie. After an initial call about a vehicle which turned out already sold, he offered up another that was pretty much what I was looking for, but Frankie. After an initial call about a vehicle which turned out already sold, he offered up another that was pretty much what I was looking for, but was not listed on the web yet as it might have been in too recent. I went down right away to check it out without any appointment. It appeared the overall dealership was a good bit busy (mid afternoon), but was greeted immediately and went to work on going through the desired vehicle and a test drive - all great given the newness of the vehicle and my on the fly visit. Settled on buying the vehicle right then, got through all the paperwork on the sales and payment side real smooth, real quick, and no pressure. I lucked out that the vehicle I wanted happened to be on the lot (tricky these days...) but otherwise the sales process with Frankie was fully professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. More
