Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

I keep coming back to Heritage again and again because everything is always great, and the main reason for that is that the people are both nice and knowledgeable. There's a great balance between efficien everything is always great, and the main reason for that is that the people are both nice and knowledgeable. There's a great balance between efficiency and taking the time to answer questions. Working with Frankie was terrific. He was very personable, and he was great at walking me through what was different about the new vehicle from my older version of the same model and getting the in-vehicle tech set up so it was talking to my phone.
