Frankie joined The H Team as a sales representative in December 2022. With years of automotive experience under his belt, he's excited to bring his high energy and customer-centric service to our South Burlington location. Before his jump into the automotive world, he worked for nearly two decades in the restaurant industry managing casual and upscale restaurants across Vermont, New Hampshire, and Denver CO. The pandemic severely impacted the restaurant industry and in early 2020 Frankie decided to explore new opportunities. Frankie loves traveling with his family to experience new places and cultures. When he's not working or spending time with his family, he can be found in the gym, playing guitar, or in the kitchen.

Frankie was awesome helping my husband and I get into a new car! He made the process not seem so brutal (as buying a new car is time consuming, tedious and sometimes stressful, we also had our 4 year old w new car! Heritage Toyota was as efficient as possible with the cybersecurity incident going on, and Frankie made sure to communicate updates frequently.
