I had an uncomfortable experience with the first salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service th salesperson I worked with. She wasn't friendly and acted like I was wasting her time. In truth, I walked over there after I found out from service that my old Honda needed too much work to fix. So I went to the dealership. I explained my situation and said I didn't have the right questions, but I told her which cars I liked. She showed me the cars, didn't ask if I wanted to drive one, and came back with what my payments would be for those three cars. I felt I was being dismissed. All the while, she didn't smile and went through motions. I set an appointment for the next week, and she called rhe day before the appointment and asked why I missed the appointment. I told a friend of mine that I saw a car that I really liked at the lot, but I wasn't going to go back to Honda. Fortunately, she had just purchased a car from a man who was fantastic there, who now is manager. He recommended Carlos. Carlos was fantastic! He was friendly, personable, listened to me, and was happy to let me drive the three cars. That afternoon with Carlos. I leased the car I would recommend Honda to someone if they could get Carlos as a salesperson. I'm sure there are other excellent ones, but I know now it's not worth getting one who doesn't want to work with you. More

My family is repeat customers. Having purchased a car from them in the past, we realized the friendliness of the staff, particularly Franki, we felt confident going back meant bein Having purchased a car from them in the past, we realized the friendliness of the staff, particularly Franki, we felt confident going back meant being taken care of. We went there looking for a Honda Odyssey and we left with a 2026 Touring trim even though they didn't have it at that location. Because of the value they placed for my trade on that sale, I felt comfortable offering my other sports car for a 2025 Honda Civic Type R. They gave me a good deal for the car and received my trade in with very little trouble on my end. The Honda of Tom's River team is amazing. I would recommend to others. More

Do not I repeat do not come here you will regret every second of it they will not fix your car the paperwork is all fixed they do not care about the customer they are straight degenerates that get away wi second of it they will not fix your car the paperwork is all fixed they do not care about the customer they are straight degenerates that get away with fraudulent work on cars half of them don’t even know there job description if you ask any in depth questions or ask to see the work done they 90 out of a 100 times didn’t even touch the vehicle and have no answer same goes for the Honda Universe in Lakewood they are partners in crime and something needs to be done by corporate because I’m not stopping till I am completely satisfied video will be posted soon of both Hondas and what they have to say about what goes on behind closed doors More

The Financial Dept including Frank, Delia and Robert have been disappointing in assisting on a matter with my Honda Care Coverage. For the past 2 months , Frank and Delia have promised immediate attention t been disappointing in assisting on a matter with my Honda Care Coverage. For the past 2 months , Frank and Delia have promised immediate attention to the matter as well as updating me and failed on both Robert never returned my call. Lisa in sales had committed to handling the matter and on 2 separate occasions failed to contact me with any further assistance. It’s a simple call to Honda Care and I don’t understand why after all this time no effort is being made other than being told how much I am valued as a customer. If that was true, this would be finished. It’s not but I am. I highly doubt I will purchase again from Honda Toms River. While the Sales and Service Departments are great, I’m done because of the Financial Department. I’m a very patient person but this is unacceptable. More
