Frank was thorough professional so far. The process of buying the car took less than 2 hours. The only thing that is pending with Sloane Toyota/ Frank is refund of the pro rata TWP policy amount that I ha buying the car took less than 2 hours. The only thing that is pending with Sloane Toyota/ Frank is refund of the pro rata TWP policy amount that I had in my car which was traded in. Frank has assured that the money will be refunded soon.
