Efficient, friendly and the salesmen (Frank) took every photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Appa photo i requested and I requested ALOT! Generally my sales experience was excellent! The only issue came from the service department…. Apparently after changing the oil the tech forgot to reset the service indicator resulting in the car requesting an oil service days after delivery. Frank insist that’s the case but the car has no dipstick to verify so I’m not wagering an engine. Sloane doesn’t seem interested in covering an oil service. Oh well More

Mostly pleasant experience. Did not appreciate dealership tacking on an additional 1 percent onto my financing. This dealership was welcoming and clean. They had the car I contacted them about ready for me to inspect and test drive.
