Once I asked for a tire rotation that they didn’t do cause the mechanic felt it wasn’t necessary but the service manager was courteous and offered not to charge me on the next visit. Again this was last year and the new faces there are very nice to deal with. More

Exhausting but largely pleasant experience After doing my internet search and making an appointment,I was met at the door within three minutes. He had the vehicle ready that I wanted to drive. After doing my internet search and making an appointment,I was met at the door within three minutes. He had the vehicle ready that I wanted to drive. No waiting around for them to find the car like at some other dealerships. Test drive was ok, but would have preferred an opportunity to test drive on the highway like you can do at Scott Honda. Jim was able to answer all my questions and demonstrate all the features of the car and tell me about some I did't know. I really appreciate working with him. They need to speed up the process from agreeing to terms and getting in the finance manager's office to complete the paperwork.
