? Service/Parts/recommended services that does not need to f My alternator was replaced by Honda in April 2018. Well my Alternator just went again. Do I'm guessing they gave me a used Alternator. Then on my rece My alternator was replaced by Honda in April 2018. Well my Alternator just went again. Do I'm guessing they gave me a used Alternator. Then on my receipt it said my battery is 5yrs old.. Well Honda replaced my battery and it was less than 3 years old!!!!I took my car there for a noise I was hearing in the steering and they told me it was the steering power pump.. I asked if you can tell that by putting it on a machine or something they said no and the cost would be 1000$ I also took it to another auto shop who also said I needed to have steering pump replaced and in the same day took it to AAA. well I guess the guy felt sorry for me because I left the 2 estimates in the car.. He told me if there is something wrong with the steering pump it does not need to be replaced anytime soon.. There was never any fluid leaking from the car as what I was told to look for and within a day or so from taking it to AAA the sound went away and had been there for a few weeks and here it is 6 months later and no issues!!!I will never use Piazza Honda Springfield again!!! I bought my car there and went there for every service I needed , recommended, and so on!! More

So far so good Express side is quick plus you can watch them work on your vehicle. Did have some minor issues with work being done that I didn’t ask for but the serv Express side is quick plus you can watch them work on your vehicle. Did have some minor issues with work being done that I didn’t ask for but the service advisor took alot off the bill, I needed it done anyway. This was last year though. Once I asked for a tire rotation that they didn’t do cause the mechanic felt it wasn’t necessary but the service manager was courteous and offered not to charge me on the next visit. Again this was last year and the new faces there are very nice to deal with. More
