When my salesperson retired, I met Kerry Simmons who is beyond amazing. My BMW was 13 years old and I told Kerry I was waiting for the redesigned 3 series to arrive. He gave me regular updates on expected delivery dates of the redesigned model, and when I decided to pull the trigger he spent a good deal of time with me to meet my desires. I arrived at 11 AM and drove out with my new car before 5 PM. The service at Devon of BMW is amazing and I have been dealing with the same service manager for years who is very attentive to made needs. I highly recommend BMW of Devon for sales and service! They are awesome! More

We did our own research and proposed the deal we wanted via email, our Client Adviser Phil Milewski replied promptly and said the numbers would be a "go". This eliminated all haggling. We traveled to the dealership and met Phil who was as nice and gracious as could be. The BMW Genius they affectionately call "Fish" showed my wife every feature she wasn't sure about. Frank Muto, the New Car Sales Manager was spot on with the numbers and quickly placed the order for our new car and set up delivery at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg which was an amazing experience. ONE OF THE BEST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! BMW of DEVON is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to. Having been to another BMW dealership in the area, I was absolutely in shock by BMW of DEVON is one of the best car dealerships I have ever been to. Having been to another BMW dealership in the area, I was absolutely in shock by how differently they treated their customers than the other one. They truly went out of their way to accommodate every request and get us the car that we wanted. No haggling. No usual car sales tactics. Honestly, it was like I was dealing with a family member who only had our best interests at heart. Frank Muto, the New Car Sales Manager there, was so wonderful to work with - he should train every dealership in the country on how to treat customers and accommodate them. He went out of his way to locate the exact car we wanted, returned every call and email immediately and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Then he followed up to make sure everything was perfect after we got the car home. Greg, a veteran sales associate was also wonderful. He was very kind and provided a lot of extra help. We are so thrilled with the car we got, the actual deal itself and the service they provided from start to finish. More
